- An active ClinAxys® User Group meets regularly to discuss current issues and future developments arising from the product, changes in software technology, and current best practice in GLP-regulated laboratories. Meetings have been held in Nice (France), Vancouver (Canada), Edinburgh (Scotland), Charleston (USA), and Birmingham (UK)
- Established Special Interest Groups (SIGs) hold frequent electronic conferences to share views on specific areas of the system and its development
- A confidential e-mail group for the registered users of ClinAxys® is used to facilitate discussion between customers. Messages are not reviewed by employees of Clinical Systems prior to distribution, although our employees also make contributions to discussions. To maintain security, applications to join are vetted by Clinical Systems' staff and validated with customer System Managers.
